Gopi Kumar Bulusu is the CEO at Sankhya Technologies Private Limited. One of Gopi's major contributions at Sankhya has been the development of a platform driven strategy for offering market driven software solutions to a wide range of industries. Sankhya Technologies and its subsidiaries offer the SANKHYA Teraptor range of model driven programmable-system design products and SANKHYA V-One range of business management solutions for businesses operating in complex industries ranging from Manufacturing and Semiconductor to Consumer Electronics and Automotive.

Gopi was part of a team that founded Sankhya Technologies as a garage startup in the year 1996 initially focusing on system software services. SANKHYA Consulting grew at an annual compounded growth rate of over 80% from 1996-2001. Gopi started an R&D team during this time and led the development of several core technologies.

Prior to April 1996, Gopi Bulusu was a senior software engineer in the embedded software division of Mentor Graphics Corporation, San Jose. Gopi joined Microtec Research in October 1993. At Microtec, Gopi was a member of a core team of engineers that created Microtec's C++ compiler for the Motorola 68k processors. Gopi's work at Mentor resulted in two patents in the areas of compilers.

Prior to joining Microtec Research, Gopi worked at the R&D labs of HCL Limited on FORTRAN Compiler and Optimizer. Gopi holds a Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University (1992-93) and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Guindy (1986-1990). Gopi holds 4 granted US Patents and several pending PCT and/or US Patents.
