Technical Lead - C/C++/DSP Libraries (Job Code SE290507)

The technical lead will use his domain expertise, supervision and leadership skills to consistently deliver world class software development services in the areas of C, C++ and DSP libraries. The candidate will initially lead a team of six software engineers responsible for developing, testing, delivering and supporting a set of run-time libraries that are part of a development environment for embedded processors.

Desirable Qualification and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess a BE or ME in computer science, electronics or electrical engineering, strong proficiency in C and C++, knowledge of optimization issues in embedded systems, knowledge of POSIX specifications and ISO C and C++ library standards, familiarity with tools like Matlab, a good understanding of basic digital signal processing concepts in the areas of filter design and filters; FFT; mathematical function evaluation concepts like taylor series; fixed point and floating point arithmetic; statistical concepts applied to signal processing, good knowledge of DSP algorithms for audio and video processing and 4-6 years of experience developing optimized assembly and/or C language functions for DSP and/or RISC architectures.

Successful candidate will be a quick starter and possess proven skills leading a team of 3-5 members in developing commercially successful embedded DSP libraries and/or applications.

The technical lead will be based out of Visakhapatnam, India.
