Business Development Manager - Business Applications (BDM230707)

The Business Development Manager will use market knowledge and sales skills for achieving key business goals. Responsibilities include creation of annual sales plans, need and opportunity analysis, identifying focus areas and target customers, creating and delivering proposals and presentations, generating solution wins, creating strong reference accounts, managing key accounts and thereby achieving sales goals.

Position requires extensive local travel and up to 50% national travel.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors or masters preferably in computer science, an MBA in Marketing and 3-5 years of experience in requirements analysis, business process management, product marketing and sales roles for the manufacturing, infrastructure, banking or financial services sectors.

Successful candidate will possess proven skills in developing business opportunities and will have strong interpersonal, leadership and customer satisfaction skills.

The business development manager will be based out of Visakhapatnam, India and will initially be responsible for the Southern and Western regions.
