Mr. Krishna Viswanadham

Krishna Viswanadham joined the Board of Directors as an Additional Director in July 2006. He is currently the CTO and VP of Business development for Xalted Network, Inc. Prior to joining Xalted, Krishna was a Charter Ventures Technology Fellow focusing on early stage investment opportunities in Telecom, Networking, Systems, Storage, and Semiconductor industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in Venture Capital investing, executive and engineering management and team building. Krishna delivered products in data networking, telecom, personal computers, I/O technologies and storage systems from concept through design, development, regulatory approvals and high-volume manufacturing release.

Krishna was a member of the founding team of Ramp Networks (Nokia), FlowWise Networks (net.com) and ServerWorks (Broadcom).

Krishna held senior management and development positions at Cosine Communications, Apple Computer & Xebec Corporation. He holds five issued patents in personal computers, I/O technologies and networking.

He holds an MS in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming, a BE in electrical engineering from Osmania University, India, and did post-graduate work in electrical engineering at Stanford University, CA.
