Dr. Susheel J. Chandra

Dr. Susheel J. Chandra joined the Board as a Director in July 2006. He is the President and CEO of BINACHIP since Jan 2006. Prior to that from 2002-2005, he was the Senior Vice President of R&D and Product Marketing at Sequence Design, Inc. where he was responsible for product development from concept to delivery. During 2000-2002, he was the General Manager of the Intellectual Property Division of Mentor Graphics Corporation. The scope of his work included IP licensing, strategic planning, market development, product development, pricing, technical selling and managing customer satisfaction.

From 1997-2001, he served as General Manager of Mentor Graphics India which he founded. He has also had prior experience with Checklogic and Sony Corporation. Susheel received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1988 and has authored 25 papers in journals and conferences, and three patents.
