Gopi Kumar Bulusu is the CEO at Sankhya Technologies Private Limited. He is an acknowledged expert in the areas of distributed computing and embedded systems. His team received the Lockheed Martin India Innovation award in the year 2008 and the DST-Lockheed Martin Innovationaward during 2009. He holds 4 granted US patents in addition to several pending patent applications.

Gopi Bulusu is a regular speaker at industry and academic events on a wide range of topics. Gopi is an active member of IEEE and presently serves as the SubSection chair for the IEEE Vizag-Bay SubSection. He is a member on the editorial advisory board, EETimes India. His key interests are in the area of creating innovative platforms that bring the power and efficiency of architectural model driven solutions to IT system designers and business users. On a higher plane, Gopi Bulusu believes in applying the benefits of innovation and technology to promote national prosperity and actively contributes ideas to the Planning Commission through facebook !

Gopi Bulusu is a founder member of Sankhya Technologies as a garage startup in the year 1996. Prior to 1996, he was a senior software engineer in the embedded software division of Mentor Graphics Corporation, where he was a member of a core team that created one of the industry's first C++ compilers for Motorola 68k processors. Gopi's work at Mentor resulted in 2 US patents.

He holds a Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State Univesity (1992-93) and a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering,Guindy (1990).

Mrs. Bulusu Venkata Satya Kedareswari
Founder Director

Kedareswari is a founder director of Sankhya Technologies Private Limited. An accomplished artist, Kedareswari specializes in creating yogic spirtual paintings and organizes exhibitions of her art occassionally.

Mr. Krishna Viswanadham
Board of Director

Krishna Viswanadham joined the Board of Directors as an Additional Director in July 2006. He is currently the CTO and VP of Business development for Xalted Network, Inc. Prior to joining Xalted, Krishna was a Charter Ventures TechnologyFellow focusing on early stage investment opportunities in Telecom, Networking, Systems, Storage, and Semiconductor industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in Venture Capital investing, executive and engineering management and team building. Krishna delivered products in data networking, telecom, personal computers, I/O technologies and storage systems from concept through design, development, regulatory approvals and high-volume manufacturing release.

Krishna was a member of the founding team of Ramp Networks (Nokia), FlowWise Networks (net.com) and ServerWorks (Broadcom).

Krishna held senior management and development positions at Cosine Communications, Apple Computer & Xebec Corporation. He holds five issued patents in personal computers, I/O technologies and networking.

He holds an MS in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming, a BE in electrical engineering from Osmania University, India, and did post-graduate work in electrical engineering at Stanford University, CA.

Mrs. Lipika Mohanty

Lipika is the Founder Director of HR Collaborators, a HR strategic Advisory Consulting firm. She has over 16 years of experience in Management, Human Resources Management and Consulting. She has done extensive work in the areas of Organisational design & development, process design & development, including design and administration of Assessment and Development centres, executive counselling etc. She has experience across industries -FMCG, Architectural firms, Automobiles, Telecom, IT, ITES etc with some of the biggest names in the industry like Serco, Nokia, CavinKare, Escotel, and Godrey Philips among others.

Lipika &apos s experience also encompasses HR advisory and strategic consulting roles for start-ups and overseas clients for Organization Design & Readiness to enable them to manage and sustain growth, developing policy & procedure framework to manage the new business complexity and set up performance management systems to ensure a motivated and empowered organization.

Her education combines a basic background in Psychology with post-graduate specialization in Business Management from XIMB

Mr. Murali Manohar Rao Bulusu

Murali Bulusu is the General Manager and Director of Marketing at Sankhya. He is also the head of Sankhya's business solutions group, which offers process driven solutions like document management, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay to manufacturing and services industries.

Murali joined Sankhya in 2000 as General Manager and Director of Strategic Alliances. As director of strategic alliances, Murali has worked on establishing several key partnerships with leading RTOS vendors. Previously, Murali was a senior financial analyst with a leading National Stock Exchange Member.

Murali actively contributes to VITA (Vizag Information Technology Association), NASSCOM and various government and industry initiatives. Murali holds a Masters Degree in Econometrics from Madras University and an MBA in Finance from Institute for Financial Management & Research, Chennai.

Mr. M.S.Narasimhan
Board of Director

M. S. Narasimhan is a Professor in the area of Finance and Control. His areas of interest include financial and management accounting and control systems, corporate finance, capital markets and risk management. Prof. Narasimhan holds Ph.D. in Finance and is a member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India.

Prior to joining IIMB, Prof. Narasimhan served in industry and then at the Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), Chennai. Dr. Narasimhan has published number of articles and research studies in refereed journals and financial newspapers. He was writing one of the most popular weekly columns titled CHART WATCH in The Hindu Business Line for more than 10 years. His research paper also won the Best Research Paper award at the annual convention of AIMS. He has also completed a study on Corporate Disclosure Practices in India sponsored under the FIRE project. He has guided several Ph.D. students in Finance.

He was also a member of a several consulting team and completed consulting projects for LIC, KSIDC, SBI, Canara Bank, TTD, etc. He was a member of U.S. government sponsored program on Leadership in Financial System and as a part of this program, Prof. Narasimhan has extensively traveled in the U.S. and interacted with senior members of various institutions related to financial markets and institutions. Prof. Narasimhan has also served as Finance and Control Area Chairand Chairperson of Executive Education Program at IIMB. In addition to teaching for Post-graduate and doctoral programs at IIMB, Prof. Narasimhan is also actively involved in designing and conducting senior management executive education programs at IIMB.
